We built Elevator around warehousing first, but meeting rooms turned out to matter just as much to the businesses who join us. The design leans into the same industrial-modern look as the rest of our Des Moines space — a wooden slat accent wall, exposed ceiling elements, and overhead lighting that's bright enough for a presentation without feeling like a conference room in a windowless basement. It's a small thing, but the rooms people actually enjoy meeting in tend to get used more, and we designed for that on purpose.

The room was set up flexible enough to work for most of what a growing business actually needs a conference room for, without requiring extra setup each time. Client pitches and sales meetings are an easy fit — the flatscreen makes it simple to run a deck, and the table's large enough that you're not sitting elbow-to-elbow with a prospective client. Booking includes the practical stuff that's easy to forget until you need it: complimentary coffee and tea, shared kitchen, phone booths, and daily coffee if you need to step out and take a call, plus general office supplies like pens and paper if you show up without a notebook. There's also a free phone booth on-site for short private calls before or after your meeting.

There's ample metered parking around the building, so you're not circling the block before a client meeting.
