We're not a stuffy office park or a sterile warehouse. Elevator Omaha is a creative, collaborative community of small business owners, solo founders and growing teams, from digital marketers and designers to Etsy shops and e-commerce pros. With flexible memberships and no long-term contracts, you can work your way.
But what really sets us apart? Our people. Our team is here when you need us, to answer questions, help you troubleshoot, connect you with other members, or just make sure your workspace is working for you. We're obsessed with making your work life easier, and we're proud to be the go-to resource hub for small business owners, creatives and e-commerce brands in Omaha.
Like many entrepreneurs, Shannon and Emiliano Lerda started their first business from home. Between raising two kids and fulfilling online orders, their living room turned into a chaotic mix of inventory, packing tape and stress. Everything they looked at was inflexible, unaffordable, or simply not designed for small and growing businesses. That problem sparked an idea. What if warehousing worked like coworking?
In 2022 they opened Elevator in this building, once home to O'Keefe Elevator, and turned it into a multi-level hub for entrepreneurs. Elevator is proudly minority- and woman-owned, and was built to serve entrepreneurs and the neighborhoods and cities they're growing in.

Took a class with Do-CPR at Elevator - was impressed with the beautiful space and amenities. Even the parking was convenient! Great guest Wi-Fi. Coffee, water, and soft drinks were available. The art was original and interesting. Some of the nicest bathrooms I've experienced in a co-working space. Overall excellent experience with my brief visit. I thought it was cool that there is a place like this to do business or incubate ideas in Omaha.
