We’ve designed our spaces so you can scale up without switching buildings or getting locked into rigid leases. Many of our members started small — and expanded as their business took off.

Yes! We have daily UPS, USPS, and FedEx pickups from the building. No more rushing to drop-off points — just bring your packages to the designated carrier bins at the loading dock.

We accept packages on your behalf, even if you’re not here when they arrive. Packages are securely held in our receiving area until you pick them up. We’ll even notify you when large shipments arrive.

You’re welcome to, but we provide many of the essentials onsite:

• Label printers
• Packing materials
• Tape stations
• Shared dollies, carts, and pallet jacks for handling inventory

Yes — members get 24/7 access to the space via Geokey, our secure mobile entry app. Whether you’re working late or starting early, you can access your space anytime.

Security is a priority. We use:

• Keyless app-based entry (Geokey)
• Security cameras in common areas
• Staff presence during business hours
• Locked warehouse units and secure office suites

Absolutely. Each membership can include multiple authorized users, depending on your membership type. We'll help set up Geokey access for your team so they can enter the building securely, even outside of standard business hours.

Yes — we highly recommend all members carry general liability and business property insurance.

While Elevator has building-wide coverage, your individual inventory, equipment, and business operations are not covered under our policy. Having your own coverage protects you in case of loss, theft, or damage.

Need help finding coverage? We’re happy to connect you with local insurance providers familiar with co-warehousing needs.

All memberships include:

Absolutely. Members can book meeting rooms via our scheduling platform. Need a whiteboard, screen, or Zoom setup? We’ve got you covered.

Yes! Members can access content creation equipment like:

• DSLR cameras (availability may vary by location)

You bet! Members are welcome to host clients or guests in meeting rooms, the lounge, or private spaces. Just give us a heads-up for anything large-scale.
